Yulia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Economics. As a child, she cherished spending time with her grandparents, engaging in conversations about life, religion, and relationships. During her college years, she cared for her grandfather, who had dedicated his career to being a teacher and school principal. These moments with him sparked her interest in how perspectives evolve with age and how uncertainty can often grow over time. She observed that while older individuals possess greater knowledge, they may also feel less assured about various aspects of life.

Yulia co-authored a book on psychosomatics, exploring the connection between mental well-being, mindset, and physical health. As a mother of three and a caregiver to her retired parents, Yulia has experienced firsthand how family dynamics shift over the years.
