Yulia Gufranova

I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's in Economics, but most of what I really learned came from my grandparents. As a child I loved our long talks about life, faith, and relationships. In college I looked after my grandfather, who spent his career as a teacher and school principal, and being close to him taught me a lot about how people change as they grow older. One thing stayed with me: older adults carry a lifetime of knowledge, yet they often feel less sure about life's big questions rather than more. That drew me to how mindset, mental health, and physical health are connected, and I went on to co-author a book on psychosomatics. I'm also a mother of three and a caregiver for my own retired parents, so the shifting rhythms of family life and the challenges of aging are things I've lived, not just studied. Spending time with older adults really does change how you see things. It slows you down and makes you look at your own life differently. Before this, I built an educational business and later sold it. I started Get Full Care to bring that same love of learning to seniors. I don't see retirement as an ending. With work behind you and your kids grown, it's finally your time to focus on yourself, return to the things you've always enjoyed, and make the most of every day. We'd be glad to walk that road with you and help make these years good ones.
